This recipe is a family tradition. Every time I take this to a party, I am bombarded with people wanting the recipe.I have even won over people who thought they hated avacados. Ingredients:
1 medium avocado (soft) |
1 pint sour cream |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
garlic salt (i go nuts here) |
1 dash pickle juice |
Directions:
1. Cut avacado and place the inner fruit in a bowl. 2. Throw out skin and seed. 3. Mash fruit then add all ingredients, including garlic to taste. 4. mix and chill. 5. Serve with crackers or chips. |
