Ingredients:
4 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded |
1 (8-ounce) package light cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup picante sauce |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
garnish: chopped tomato |
Directions:
1. Mash avocados and cream cheese with a fork or potato masher. Stir in picante sauce, lemon juice, and garlic salt. Cover and chill upto 2 hours, if desired. Garnish, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips. 2. Prep: 15 min. |
