Although I'm not much of guacamole fan, others are, & since I do quite a bit of finger foods as well as dips & dippers, well . Ingredients:
1 avocado, medium ripe, peeled, pitted |
7 tablespoons nonfat sour cream |
2 tablespoons green chilies, chopped |
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut avocado into chunks & place in a blender, then add remaining ingredients. 2. Cover & process until smooth. 3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
