Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat greek yogurt |
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise |
1/4 cup crumbled feta |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill, or 1 tsp. dried |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon white or black pepper |
dash of hot sauce, optional |
4 cups assorted vegetables such as celery sticks, carrots and red pepper strips |
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, feta, dill, garlic powder, pepper and hot sauce, if desired. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with vegetables for dipping. 2. Note: Nutritional analysis is for dip only. |
