Use as is or leave out the chilli and paprika and add your own choice of chopped herbs Ingredients:
150 g soft goat cheese |
100 g fromage frais |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 chili |
paprika (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Deseed and finely chop the chilli. 2. Beat together all ingredients except the paprika. You can do this by hand but personally I use a mini-food processor. 3. If the dip seems too thick beat in a little cream or milk to give desired consistency. 4. Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with a little paprika. 5. Serve with chips, breadsticks or crudites. |
