Moosewood Low Fat Favorites Ingredients:
4 ounces silken tofu |
2 tablespoons light miso |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon chopped scallion |
2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger |
1/3 cup orange juice |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. 2. Covered and refrigerated, this dressing will keep for about a week. |
