veggies, protien, carbs, = yummy + much better than a frozen dinner Ingredients:
2 breast, bone and skin removed chicken, breast, meat only |
3 cup, sliced squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin |
8 oz. baby portabella mushrooms |
16 oz white button mushrooms packaged |
2 clove garlic |
4 serving whipped cream cheese spread |
4 tablespoons sour cream |
4 tbsp parmesan, grated cheese |
6 oz rigatoni |
Directions:
1. mix 1/4 c of sour cream w/ 4 tlbs of parmesan. Cut up 2 trimmed chicken breasts into 1in pieces. toss into sour cream mixture. bake at 350 for 30-40mins. 2. Cook pasta - once cooked and drained mix 1/4 cup of whipped cream cheese and 2 minced cloves of garlic while pasta is still hot. slice veggies and saute . Mix all together and enjoy |
