Good chicken recipe Ingredients:
2 teaspoons vegetable oil |
4 (1/4 lb) boneless skinless chicken breast half |
1/4 cup miracle whip |
2 cups frozen stir fry vegetables |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
3 cups hot cooked minute white rice |
Directions:
1. HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 min., turning after 3 minute 2. ADD dressing, vegetables, soy sauce and garlic; stir. Cook, covered, 7 minute or until chicken is cooked through,. 3. stirring occasionally. 4. SERVE over the hot cooked rice. |
