Creamy Garlic and Horseradish Sauce |

This is a very creamy dipping sauce that's great for fried mushrooms and green beans. It's also great for baking with fish and chicken. Just cover meat in sauce and then top with panko breadcrumbs. Ingredients:
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish |
2 -3 garlic cloves, crushed |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients; adjust amounts to taste. For baking with meat, sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs.
