We take this to church dinners! Everyone loves it!!! Low fat too! Ingredients:
2 medium apples, cut into 1 in pieces |
2 cups chopped peeled mangoes |
2 cups halved red seedless grapes |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine apples, mango, grapes, and sour cream. 2. Refridgerate until serving. 3. Just before serving, stir in walnuts. |
