This is my FAVORITE dessert! Once you try it you;ll want it ALL the time! And it's super easy and fun to make! And with only 170 calories or so, you can have it whenever! Yummy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup prepared sugar-free pudding, flavor of choice |
1/2 cup mixed berry |
1/4 banana (sliced) |
1/4 cup whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Put a small spool of pudding in the bottom of your parfait glass. 2. Then add a layer of bananas. 3. On top of that put a layer of berries. 4. Then a layer of pudding. 5. Than a layer of whipped cream. 6. Continue this prosses as desired. |
