From Like Grandma Used To Make by Reader's Digest, c. 1996.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup vinegar (i use red wine)
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons minced yellow onions
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. In a food processor or blender, process all ingredients except the olive oil until smooth. With food processor or blender running, add olive oil in thin, steady stream and process for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture thickens.
2. Cover and refrigerate (will keep for 1 week).
