This is a good and simple recipe. i got it from a philadelphia cream cheese cookbook. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package philadelphia cream cheese, cubed |
3/4 cup kraft grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup milk |
8 ounces fettuccine, cooked and drained |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, margarine and milk. 2. stir over low heat until smooth. 3. add fettucini. 4. toss lightly. |
