I made this up about 3 wks ago, wanted something different. I use Barilla elbow and mini penne pastas. You can adjust the mayo to your liking. You can add cubed ham in this too. Ingredients:
1 lb pasta |
8 ounces colby cheese (cut into 1/2 inch cubes) |
1 cup bell pepper (chopped green, yellow, red, orange) |
1 green onion (chopped) |
2 tablespoons red onions (chopped) |
1/2 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip) |
1/4 cup ranch dressing |
Directions:
1. Pre-chop all ingredients while pasta is boiling according to box directions. Drain past and rinse with cool water, just until pasta is still slightly warm to touch. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. |
