This is my family's favorite dip. It serves a crowd, goes together in a snap, and can be lightened up without a drastic change in flavor. We think it tastes best with butter flavored crackers, and yes, reduced fat crackers work well too! Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup chopped green onion |
1 lb imitation crabmeat, chopped finely |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning |
Directions:
1. Stir together in a large mixing bowl cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Blend until smooth. Next fold in onions, crab, lemon juice, and Old Bay. Stir well to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least two hours for flavors to blend. Serve with butter flavored crackers or veggie sticks. |
