Creamy Double Mashed Potatoes |

This is a delicious side dish for any dinner - so good with a roast beef!! Ingredients:
1 lb sweet potato, peeled cut into chunks, about 3 |
1 lb red potatoes, peeled cut into chunks, about 3 |
1/4 cup philadelphia cream cheese spread |
1/2 cup chicken broth (less-sodium) |
4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan, 15-20 minutes or until tender; drain. Return potatoes to pan. 2. Add cream cheese spread; mash potatoes just until cream cheese is blended. Gradually add broth, continuing to mash potaotes until of desired consistency. 3. Stir in bacon. |
