This is definately one of my most requested dip recipe's. It goes great with chips or fresh veggies...its always a hit....I usually end up doubling this recipe if there's gonna be lotsa people, cause it goes fast! Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain yogurt |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon honey |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley |
1 1/2 tablespoons dried dill |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingrediants, and mix well- Refrigerate at least 2hrs to let the flavors marry. 2. Serve with chips and veggies. 3. Makes 1 1/2 cups. |
