Sourcream, dill, and potatoes. What could be better? Ingredients:
6 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced |
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 cups milk |
1/4 cup onion, grated |
3 teaspoons dried dill |
1 cup water |
garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. 2. Mix rest of ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour over the potatoes. 3. Bake at 350* for 45-50 mins or until potatoes are tender. |
