Ingredients:
1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise |
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1 whole cabbage, cored and shredded |
1 grated onion |
1 grated carrot |
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and red wine vinegar. Stir in cabbage, onion, carrot and fresh dill. Add salt and pepper. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. |
