I love this refreshing dressing to dress up a simple salad or dip veggies in. The fresh dill makes the difference. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1/3 cup plain yogurt |
1/4 cup herb rice vinegar |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1/3 cup dill, chopped |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix mustard and yogurt together. Blend in vinegar, olive oil and dill. Mix well. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. |
