Creamy Dill And White Cheddar Potatoes |

This is my version of using ingredients on hand to come up with an incredible potato recipe. Ingredients:
12 medium new potatoes |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon dried dill weed |
3 tablespoons dry ranch dressing |
1 cup white cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Quarter potatoes and set aside. 2. Combine all remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup cheddar cheese then throw potatoes in and toss to coat completely. 3. Spread on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. 4. Place in oven and bake covered at 350 for 35 minutes. 5. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheddar then return to oven and cook 10 minutes. |
