Creamy goat cheese with smoked salmon is layered on hearty white bread that has been brushed with a dill butter to complete these flavorful Creamy Dill and Salmon Bites. Ingredients:

Directions:
1. Place creamy goat cheese and smoked salmon on hearty white bread brushed with dill butter. Spread outside of sandwiches with butter. Cook in a pre-heated panini press 2 to 3 minutes or until golden. 2. Wine Suggestion: The obvious choice here is Sauvignon Blanc, such as Neil Ellis ($14) or Southern Right ($13).
