Creamy Dijon Chicken With Rice |

From my Campbell's daily email this recipe is easy and yummy.. Ingredients:
1 tbs.. vegetable oil |
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts |
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) campbell's® condensed cream of celery soup |
2/3 c. water |
1 tbs. dijon-style mustard |
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper |
4 c. hot cooked regular long-grain white rice |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. 2. Add chicken and cook until browned. 3. Add soup, water, mustard and pepper. 4. Heat to a boil. 5. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. 6. Serve with rice. |
