I have not tried this recipe yet, however my husband's cardiologist told us that it is good. Low-fat; Low cholesterol. Prep time includes chilling time. Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt or 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt |
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese or 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2-3/4 teaspoon vanilla or 1/2-3/4 teaspoon almond extract |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, process all ingredients until light and creamy. 2. Cover and refrigerate. 3. Serve chilled. |
