Cool and creamy cucumbers. Low calorie cold salad. Great as a side or just a snack. Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers (about 2 medium) |
1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours |
