This was great. My kids loved it and it was easy to make. I made this recipe up as sometimes i am at a loss as to what to make for dinner. I hope someone enjoys this. Ingredients:
4 -6 cube steaks |
1/2 onion |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/4 cup oil |
4 tablespoons butter |
1 cup milk (maybe a little more) |
Directions:
1. Cook cube steak and onion in oil (make sure there is enough oil as this is where the flavor comes from) until fully cooked. REmove from pan and cut up into cubes. Add butter to pan. AFter butter fully melts add flour. Then slowly add milk to pan until reaching desired thickness. Put over rice or noodles. ENJOY! |
