This is Mom's recipe, made wtih sour cream. It is a delight for the holidays. It can be served as a side dish, fruit dish, or dessert. Cooking time includes an estimated refrigeration time to set. Ingredients:
2 (3 ounce) packages raspberry jell-o gelatin |
2 cups hot water |
1 (14 ounce) can smooth jellied cranberry sauce |
1 pint sour cream |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, gently beat all ingredients with electric mixer, until smooth. 2. Pour into serving bowl and refrigerate several hours, until firm. |
