Ingredients:
1 cucumber
2 carrots
1 cup spinach (chopped)
2 tablespoons tahini
2/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 teaspoon tarragon leaf
1/2 teaspoon salt (lemon-pepper)
1/2 teaspoon seasoning (sodium-free)
8 ounces imitation crabmeat
4 pita bread
Directions:
1. In a food processor Blend tahini, yogurt spinach and spices. Chop carrots and cucumber and shred crab mix. Mix together and fill four pitas equally. Enjoy.
