1 cucumber |
2 carrots |
1 cup spinach (chopped) |
2 tablespoons tahini |
2/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon tarragon leaf |
1/2 teaspoon salt (lemon-pepper) |
1/2 teaspoon seasoning (sodium-free) |
8 ounces imitation crabmeat |
4 pita bread |
Directions:
1. In a food processor Blend tahini, yogurt spinach and spices. Chop carrots and cucumber and shred crab mix. Mix together and fill four pitas equally. Enjoy. |
