Creamy Crab and Red Pepper Spread |

This recipe is from the Kraft Food & Family Magazine, Holiday 2008/Winter 2009 edition. The cooking time listed is for the refrigeration time. Ingredients:
2 green onions, thinly sliced, divided |
1 (8 ounce) container reduced-fat cream cheese |
1 (6 ounce) can lump crabmeat, drained |
1/2 cup 2% cheddar cheese, shredded, kraft 2 |
1/2 cup red pepper, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon grey poupon dijon mustard |
low-fat ritz crackers, as many as needed |
Directions:
1. Reserve 2 tablespoons onions. Mix remaining onions with all ingredients except crackers; cover. 2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 3. Sprinkle with reserved onions. Serve with crackers. |
