From one of my daughters' co-workers. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn |
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn |
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream |
1 egg |
1 (8 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and place in an 8-inch square baking dish. 2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. |
