This corn recipe is very rich and delicious with no work involved. I'm always tempted to throw in some chopped sun-dried tomatoes to this dish, and probably will next time I make it. Ingredients:
4 cups corn kernels, fresh or thawed frozen |
8 ounces chive & onion cream cheese |
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix all ingredients. 3. Spoon into a casserole. 4. Cover and bake for about 30 minutes. |
