Raw corn soup. Ingredients:
8 ounces corn |
6 ounces cucumbers |
4 ounces water |
6 ounces avocados |
4 ounces green cabbage |
4 ounces mixed sprouts |
1 sprig parsley |
Directions:
1. Blend corn, cubumbers, avocado, and water. 2. Pour over finely chopped cabbage and chopped sprouts. 3. Garnish with parsley sprig. |
