Wonderful warm creamy vegetable to add to the table Ingredients:
butter |
1 can (10c v ounces) cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup milk |
2 eggs |
1 can (16 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained |
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives |
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease 11/2-quart casserole with butter. 3. Beat soup, milk and eggs with a whisk or fork in medium bowl 4. . Stir in corn, cornmeal, cheese and chives. 5. Pour soup mixture into prepared casserole. 6. Bake for 35 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. 7. Makes 6 servings. |
