CREAMY CORN IN THE CROCK POT This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Wheeler Estate in Balch Springs, Texas in 1982. Ingredients:
2 cups corn |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup flour |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix corn, sugar, eggs, flour, butter, milk and salt then place in crock pot.
2. Cook on high for one hour.
