Creamy Corn in the Crock Pot |

Makes a large amount, great for parties! Ingredients:
5 lbs frozen corn |
16 ounces low-fat cream cheese |
5/8 cup butter |
1/3 cup fat-free half-and-half |
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons salt |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a large crock pot. 2. Cook on high for two hours. 3. Cook another two hours on low. 4. Stir occasionally until all ingredients are well mixed. |
