This is so creamy and delicious- perfect comfort food! I serve it along side a fresh green salad and whole wheat rolls. Ingredients:
2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans creamed corn |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced |
3/4 cup water |
2 1/2 cups milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Saute onion in butter until tender. 2. Add potatoes and water. 3. Cook, stirring frequently until potatoes are tender. 4. Add corn, milk, salt, and pepper. 5. Heat through, but do not boil. |
