This tastes like a creamy buttery corn muffin with bits of corn inside. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter; melted |
2 eggs; beaten |
1/2 cup yellow corn meal |
1/2 cup flour; sifted |
1/8 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
15 oz jar whole kernel corn; drained |
14 3/4 oz creamed corn |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish. 2. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. 3. Spoon mixture into prepared dish. 4. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven or until the top is golden brown. |
