This tastes like a creamy buttery corn muffin with bits of corn inside.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter; melted
2 eggs; beaten
1/2 cup yellow corn meal
1/2 cup flour; sifted
1/8 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
15 oz jar whole kernel corn; drained
14 3/4 oz creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
2. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.
3. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
4. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven or until the top is golden brown.
