Simply simple. Uploaded as a recommended side dish for Crusty Fish. Ingredients:
3 ears corn (2 1/2 cup frozen corn, run under hot water to defrost) |
1 cup heavy cream |
coarse salt and freshly ground white pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut the corn kernels from the cops. Scrape the cobs with the back of your knife to get out all the juice. 2. Combine the corn, with the juices, and cream in a deep skillet or wide saucepan and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce the heat and keep simmering for about 10 minutes. Stir frequently until thickened. 3. Serve. 4. from: Fish without a Doubt, by Rick Moonen and Roy Finamore |
