This recipe can be doubled and easily done for 100 people. Miss Nola shared this one with me. Ingredients:
24 cups shredded cabbage |
4 cups grated carrots |
2 cups fine chopped green peppers |
2 cups chopped green onions |
4 cups salad dressing |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon salt |
Directions:
1. In large bowl toss together cabbage, carrots, green pepper and onions. 2. In small bowl combine dressing, vinegar, sugar and salt, toss lightly. 3. Refrigerate till served. |
