This is my mother's coleslaw dressing. She also used it on a salad she made with nothing but lettuce and sliced eggs. Either way, it's great. Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise or 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream or 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream |
1/3 cup evaporated milk |
1/2 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 tablespoon vinegar |
1 dash salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix well. 2. Add a little more sugar or vinegar, tasting till it's how you like it. |
