Coleslaw can be eaten with almost any type of meal.I eat it with just bread and butter . Ingredients:
4 cups shredded cabbage.red or green |
1small onion finely chopped |
1 carrot, shredded |
1 cup mayo |
1 tb. vinegar |
1 tsp. mustard |
1 tbs. sugar |
1/2 tsp.salt |
pepper |
some cream. |
Directions:
1. In a big bowl mix cabbage and onions and carrot 2. stir mayo,vinegar.mustard,sugar , salt and pepper 3. Thin out using some cream or milk if you want. 4. Pour dressing over cabbage , mix well and chill for an hour or more . |
