Low-fat traditional style coleslaw. Ingredients:
1 lb cabbage |
1 apple |
1 c carrot |
1/2 c radishes |
1/2 c onion |
2 tbsp brown rice vinegar, organic |
1/4 c fat-free sour cream |
250 g fat-free yogurt (1/2 c) |
2 tbsp hellmann's light mayonnaise |
1 tsp celery seed |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp black pepper |
1 tsp paprika |
Directions:
1. Using a food processor, shred cabbage, apple, carrot, onion and radishes. Place in large bowl. 2. Add all other ingredients and toss until well blended. |
