This coleslaw is so good.. The recipe came from a family friend. Ingredients:
1/2 medium head of cabbage, outer leaves removed, cut in half |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut core from cabbage quarters, coarsely shred cabbage into medium bowl. 2. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl, mix well. Pour over cabbage, stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. |
