Always a winner. Great for a barbeque or potluck dinner. Ingredients:
1 red onion, thinly sliced |
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced |
3 cups shredded cabbage |
1 large carrot, shredded |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons dijon-style prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the onion, red pepper, cabbage and carrot. Add raisins and toss well. 2. In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and vinegar together. 3. Pour dressing over vegetable mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. |
