Very easy creamy coconut pie. Tastes great. Ingredients:
1tbs sugar |
1/2c milk |
1(3oz.)cream cheese |
11/3c coconut |
1(8oz) cool whip |
1/2tsp. almond extract |
1 ready graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Beat sugar and milk into cream cheese till smooth. Fold in the coconut, Fold into cool whip and extract. 2. Spoon into pie crust. Freeze until firm,about 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature about 20 mins. Store leftovers in freezer |
