Super simple dip that can also be used to make a simple eclare cake. Got it out of a kraft book. Ingredients:
1 package cream cheese |
15 oz can cream of coconut |
16 oz tub cool whip |
Directions:
1. beat cream cheese and cream of coconut until well blended. 2. add cool whip and gently stir until well blended. 3. cover and refridgerate several hours or until well chilled. |
