This is good with graham cracker sticks or with fruits.. Plain vanilla cookies will do as well. Ingredients:
1 8oz cream cheese, softened |
1 15 oz can cream of coconut |
1 16 oz tub of cool whip, thawed |
Directions:
1. Cream together cream cheese and cream of coconut in a large bowl with a wire wisk. 2. Stir in thawed cool whip gently until well blended. 3. Chill for several hours. |
