This is an easy, elegant Pasta dish. Enjoy! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 small onion, chopped finely |
2 cloves minced garlic |
2 tablespoons butter |
4 tablespoons flour |
2 1/2 cups milk |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
2 teaspoons old bay seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
10 ounces baby clams or 2 cans chopped clams, reserve juice |
1 lb of your favorite cooked pasta |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil over low heat. 2. Add butter, stir until incorporated. 3. Stir in milk, clam juice, and seasonings, cook over med. 4. heat utill thickened. 5. Add clams, and simmer until Pasta is cooked. 6. Prepare your favorite Pasta, drain, and top with a generous portion of sauce. 7. Top with grated Parmesan. |
