Healthy version of cilantro lime dressing. Found Ingredients:
1 cup loosely packed cilantro, stems removed and roughly chopped |
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime) |
1 -2 garlic clove |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. 2. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. |
