A spicy sweet sauce which can be used as a topping for baked tofu or tempeh, or lifting an ordinary pasta or rice salad to the next level. Ingredients:
1/4 cup cashews |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup mango chutney |
Directions:
1. Gring the cashews to a powder in a dry blender. Add the water and blend until smooth. 2. Add the chutney and puree until smooth. |
